POSTERS
-
Yarra Ranges, Inspiro, and Level Playground developed these posters with the Yarra Ranges Gender Equity in the Early Years Working Group to promote gender equity and challenge stereotypes. Featuring real people in diverse careers and activities, they encourage young children and their families to pursue any path, regardless of gender.
-
The Men as Caregivers poster series was developed in partnership with Yarra Ranges Council and Inspiro to highlight the important roles that fathers and male caregivers play in the lives of the children they care for. The posters aim to challenge rigid gender stereotypes around gender roles and masculinity, and celebrate fathers and men in care giving roles. Featuring real people, they promote the message that caring for children is everyone’s responsibility. Resources include posters, social media tiles and an implementation guide

Reading aloud to children in their early years builds essential skills like language development, concentration, imagination, and empathy.
