With our beginnings in grass roots activism, a humble outreach service for women escaping family violence, over 30 years on our vision is bold – a community free from family violence, where everyone is safe. Everyday, our workforce are dedicated to ending family violence and creating better outcomes for people and communities.

Whether we are inspiring hope for people and families in crisis in The Orange Door, or changing lives over the long term alongside women and children accessing our Recovery services – things can and must change. At the individual, community and systemic levels we are challenging attitudes, gender norms and the status quo so that together we can eradicate family violence in our lifetime.
