Our inaugural Disability Access and Inclusion plan
We are proud to be launching our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan on the International Day of People with Disability.
This year’s theme is “Fostering disability-inclusive societies for advancing social progress” and calls us to work together to make society fairer and to respect the rights of people with disability.
Our plan was shaped by people with lived experience of disability and sets out the actions we will take over the next three years to embed disability access and inclusion at FVREE. Thank you to Women with Disabilities Victoria for their expert guidance and support in the development of our plan, and their continued leadership and advocacy.
Together, we can challenge ableism and build a community where inclusion and safety are the norm.
