Practical Strategies for Gender Equity in the Early Years: Training for Early Years Professionals

Join the Level Playground team from FVREE for the first in a series of lunch and learn webinars where we give you the knowledge, practical solutions and confidence to foster inclusive environments for children aged 0-5.

We’ll talk about why it’s so crucial to get it right in the early years, and provide you with inspiration on how to use books, languages and activities to challenge stereotypes, open up possibilities, and support children to feel safe and free to be themselves. We’ll also look at how we can bring parents and caregivers along on the journey, finding ways to start crucial conversations and work together.

This webinar is generously funded through Monash Council’s Equality and Respect Grant. This free session is available to early childhood educators and those who work with young children aged 0-5 and their families. While spaces are prioritised for those living and working in Monash City Council, all others are welcome to attend.
